This is a special release to address Spectre/Meltdown CPU bug and missing firmware from 720 release.

and numerous bug fixes and fine tunings.

At the time of release, Fatdog 721 now has more than 1750 packages (both official and contributed) in its official repository; not counting contributed packages stored in other repos (smokey01.com) and else where, as documented in Contributed Fatdog64 Packages.
