Searches for text or hex values in archive if the RAR version you use supports it.

Opens the selected file with the internal text viewer. (Unicode Support)
Note that viewing a binary file is not supported.

Deletes selected files/folders.

Renames files/folders in archive if the RAR version you use supports it.
USE WITH CAUTION
- Select All
Selects all files and folders of opened archive.
- Select None
Clears selection.
- Clear Password
Clears entered password.

Select an archive to test, or test the opened one.
- Lock
Select an archive to lock, or lock the opened one.
After locking an archive, files can't be added to it and can't be deleted from it.

Settings
- Adding
- Exclude base folder
Excludes the first folder.
- Append archive name to destination archive
Appends archive name to destination archive as a folder.
The other options are easy to unterstand.
- Extracting
- Keep broken files
Extracts files even if they are damaged.
- Append archive name to destination
Supposing the archive name is MyArchive.rar, extracting it to /home/user,
it will create the folder /home/user/MyArchive and extract all files there.

- Compression
- File types to store
When adding these files they won't be compressed; just stored in archive.
- Dictionary size
Larger dictionary -> more RAM needed -> higher compression.
Use 4096KB unless you have problems.
- Encrypt header
If you set a password it will encrypt both header and data.
- Create solid archive
Increases compression but it takes more time when adding or extracting files.
The other options are easy to unterstand.
- Misc
These options change the way the program looks.
