The Motif quick reference is now split into separate version for
US and A4 which reduces the file size to download.

The postscript file has been split into four files, one for each
page which might help if anyone has problems printing. I've only
had a few people report problems trying to print it. The smaller
the file the less chance of an error occurring, well that's the
theory.

The content has not changed since I added the header files, only
the file format.
