The quran-id package

The package is prepared for typesetting some of Indonesian translations of the Holy Quran.
The supported translations are done  by `Indonesian Ministry of Religious Affairs`,
and `Jalal ad-Din al-Mahalli and Jalal ad-Din as-Suyuti`.
