                Howto:
                $ sudo /usr/local/etc/init.d/bluez [start|stop|restart|status]
                ..in my case, this loads all required modules
                $ hcitool dev [shows local bluetooth addresses]
                $ hcitool scan [shows remote bluetooth addresses]

                Howto pair:
                $ echo "0000" | simple-agent hci0 00:1B:66:00:31:88 [0000 for a bt headset/headphones]

                To enable sound with alsa:
                $ cp /usr/local/etc/alsa/example_.asoundrc ~/.asoundrc
                edit the bluetooth address for your hardware
                start alsa
                start bluez daemon
                pair

                $ aplay -Dplug:bluetooth -v /usr/local/share/sounds/alsa/Noise.wav
                ..to test bt headset "testing, testing, 1, 2, 3.."
