Description:	hbiff is an X-based mail notification tool.  In addition 
		hbiff can display information about the messages in the 
		mailbox, or display info about new messages when they 
		arrive.  A mail utility, such as elm or mutt, can be 
		launched from within hbiff, or individual messages can 
		be viewed via a tool of the user's choice.
