NOTE: 0.99.12 has some makefile problems. Probabaly best to wait and grab
0.99.13, which should be available any time now. Sorry.


This is version 0.99.12 of the GNU Image Manipulation Program (GIMP).
A very important change in this version is that now the GIMP and GTK
are distributed separately.  You must get both archives, and you must
compile and install GTK before you compile the GIMP.
