Description:    This program will set the background of Xwindows to what
                ever vertical gradient you wish. Very small and simple.
				Also included is a TCL/TK interface to setting the colors.
				Also it dithers the result for best apearence and has
				options for 15/16/24bit color depths.
				16bit option has been fixed.
