Title:          DCF77 serial radio clock daemon

Description:	Reads the time and date from a dcf77 receiver
		connected to the serial port and is able to set
		the time and date for the kernel and the cmos.    
		NOTE: V01.00 doesn´t work correctly after 1st Oct.
		      Replace it as soon as possible.
