hi,
this is a complex program and no documentation is supplied except the
online help. If you have specific questions about it write:

camille@bluegrass.net

You need win32 to run this, not sure if it will run on win32s. Haven't
tried it on an NT. The only sure platform is win95

Basically, there are four phases to moderation:

1) receive messages
2) select messages for posting
3) rewrite message headers
4) post messages

This program automates everything but step two. A future version may include
a robo-moderator capable of partially descriminating which posts need to be
passed to the moderator. The program is meant to be used in conjunction with
NETSCAPE. Options include:

1) receive messages from a pop3 server or through netscape mail
2) sort messages into different folders depending on whether they go
to the newsgroup or to your private mail (not available when you use NETSCAPE
   to read the mail)
3) add all appropriate headers for posting
4) reroute messages to other moderators automatically
5) post via nntp or smtp, depending on where the message should go.
6) you CAN post via netscape, however, this is not recommended as netscape
won't discriminate properly about messages meant to go to another moderator.
7) Archive support is built in. There are two archive files, one as the
main archive of posted messages and one which places messages into a
temporary file as the headers are being rewritten.
8) Archiving may be done at post time or by re-downloading from the network

The program is capable of running in a batch mode if you want to set up
a PIF file.

This program is supplied 'as-is' and no warranty is given as to usability
or functionality. The author is not responsible for any damages sustained
through use of this program, including but not limited to loss of data
or damage to equipment.

This program is FREEWARE. It was written with BCC5.02, Win32 version under
Win 95.
